Job Summary
To support a remote claims team, the full-time Louisiana Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience in workers' compensation
- Active Adjusters' license in Louisiana or reciprocal states
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
