Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will leverage extensive claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants and clients across multiple jurisdictions including Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Louisiana Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
