Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the administration of utilization management and performs complex administrative tasks
  • Provides non-clinical support for policies and procedures related to treatment and care for members
  • Works under minimal direction while adhering to defined policies and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative or technical support experience in an office environment
  • Must reside and perform work in Louisiana
  • 6-week onboarding process required
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week with required weekend rotations and potential overtime
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications in a Windows environment
