Job Summary
To optimize business processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams, the remote Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer will design, implement, and scale automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation solutions
- Architect solutions by defining integration patterns, designing APIs/webhooks, and ensuring resilience and security
- Standardize practices by establishing guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development
- Proven expertise in low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato or Zapier
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
- Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
