Loyalty Program Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and operations of loyalty programs, the full-time Loyalty Program Specialist will manage reward configurations, develop promotional strategies, and ensure seamless customer experiences in a remote role based in Ann Arbor, MI, St. Louis, MO, or Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the loyalty program, including promotional strategies and member engagement initiatives
• Develop, execute, and maintain loyalty promotions, digital coupons, and targeted offers aligned with business objectives
• Track and analyze loyalty program performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve customer retention and sales

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in supporting loyalty programs, preferably in retail or a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with loyalty programs, with familiarity in Alpine IQ or similar systems
• Proficiency in performance reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
