Loyalty Strategist
Job Summary
To support innovative customer loyalty initiatives, the contract Loyalty Strategist will work remotely from Chicago, focusing on developing and optimizing loyalty and engagement strategies for clients while providing industry insights and best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on loyalty and rewards programs for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with client teams to assess and define loyalty strategies and program needs
- Lead assessments of customer engagement trends and partner with research teams to implement customer research plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (high school diploma and 8+ years in relevant fields)
- 8+ years of experience in loyalty strategy, customer engagement, or business strategy development
- Proven background in consulting and providing recommendations on loyalty concepts
- Experience in developing innovative customer loyalty and rewards strategies
- Broad knowledge of customer engagement practices across various industry verticals
