LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Less-Than-Truckload team, the remote LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist will manage the research and resolution of carrier invoice discrepancies, billing exceptions, and accessorial charges while collaborating with agents, customers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and identify discrepancies in LTL carrier invoices between quoted, contracted, and billed charges
• Research and resolve billing exceptions, including reweighs, reclasses, and duplicate charges
• Communicate with LTL carriers to challenge unsupported charges and manage billing disputes through resolution

Required qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoice resolution
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a focus on accuracy in reviewing rates and charges
• Ability to manage a high volume of open issues while prioritizing by urgency and financial impact
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, transportation management systems, and carrier portals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred
