M365 Engineer
Job Summary
To contribute to the strategic direction and operational maturity of Microsoft 365 solutions, the full-time Modern Workplace M365 Engineer will design, implement, and support enterprise environments while working remotely from approved states.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring governance and security standards are maintained
- Lead technical implementation efforts by translating business requirements into scalable solutions and delivering projects independently
- Develop automation and administrative tooling using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Microsoft 365 product administration experience
- Advanced administration experience across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Power Platform technologies
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
