M365 Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, the full-time remote M365 Engineer will engage in platform administration, engineering solutions, and identity and security management while troubleshooting complex issues and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms
- Gather technical requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementations and technical projects
- Resolve complex escalations across identity, endpoints, applications, and infrastructure
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or related IT operations roles
- Hands-on administration of enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with identity management, including Entra ID and Active Directory
- Proficiency in automation using PowerShell and scripting
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted
