M365 Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Completing customer project goals for new and existing clients, the full-time remote M365 Implementation Engineer will implement IT projects related to Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and email migrations while collaborating with Deployment Engineers and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement IT projects including Office 365 Email services and Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Analyze and document client environments to assess project goals and present implementation plans
• Track and manage time effectively across multiple ongoing projects while ensuring successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4+ years of administrative and/or project experience with Windows Server and M365 Tenant Management
• 2-4+ years of workstation, network, and/or server support experience
• Experience with monitoring and remote management tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
