Job Summary
To support financial leadership in M&A and CAPEX initiatives, the full-time remote M&A and CAPEX Valuations Manager will manage analytical frameworks, lead forecasting and budgeting activities, and provide executive decision support through concise reporting and strategic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the finance subject matter expert for M&A efforts and CAPEX projects, tracking performance against business cases
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities related to the M&A pipeline and CAPEX projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and deliver executive-ready reporting packages evaluating performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS or similar) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or financial modeling in a large organization
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and across multiple functions
- Strong financial modeling skills and executive presence for presentations
- Deep expertise in advanced analytics and financial systems such as Workday or SAP
