M&A Attorney

Job Summary

Leading the transaction process from LOI to Closing, the full-time Associate M&A Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements while managing day-to-day execution of multiple transactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the closing process for newly acquired entities and manage multiple aspects of transaction execution
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements, including letters of intent
• Conduct due diligence reviews and delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of M&A experience
• Proven experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions
• Experience conducting due diligence in preparation for transactions
• Ability to evaluate and analyze potential acquisitions and partnerships
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
