M&A Engineering Specialist
Job Summary
To support the integration of newly acquired companies, the remote M&A Engineering Specialist will manage tenant and cloud migrations, focusing on Microsoft 365 environments, identity consolidation, and communication tool merging while ensuring data integrity and user experience during transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations for Microsoft 365, consolidating user mailboxes and Teams setups
- Migrate SharePoint sites, OneDrive storage, and legacy file shares into centralized data structures
- Communicate proactively with incoming teams to set expectations and guide them through the migration process
Required qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft cloud ecosystems and identity tools
- Experience with cloud migrations, particularly Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during migration windows
- Proven ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions under pressure
