M&A Integration Project Director

Job Summary

As the first M&A Integration Project Director, this full-time position will manage cross-functional workstreams for M&A deal integration, lead business development projects from assessment to post-deal integration, and develop processes for future M&A initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of M&A deal integration, including developing project plans and budgets
• Lead and manage business development projects from initial assessment through to deal close and post-deal integration
• Create playbooks and processes as foundational tools for future M&A and partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred
• 6+ years of experience in project management within a healthcare setting
• PMP certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools, including Monday.com
