M&A Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions within a large physician-owned medical group, the full-time M&A Integration Project Manager will develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integration plans for acquired practices, focusing on systems, processes, and culture
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment during integration and facilitate cross-functional team coordination
• Identify risks associated with integration activities and implement effective mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in project management or M&A integration, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and change management principles
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
