Job Summary

Supporting M&A deal activities, the full-time Senior Associate, M&A will manage financial modeling, conduct market research, and coordinate transaction logistics in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisition valuations and deal assessments
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for opportunity identification
• Prepare deal documentation and coordinate deal process logistics

Required Qualifications
