Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Machine Learning Engineer will own the modeling approach for visual inspection, focusing on architecture selection, evaluation methodology, and model optimization for production deployment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the modeling approach for visual inspection, including architecture selection and accuracy targets
• Define and maintain the evaluation methodology and regression suite that gates model releases
• Optimize models for constrained edge targets and monitor production models across customer installations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required
• Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a software product development environment
• Experience with deep learning for computer vision, including detection and classification
• Depth in PyTorch or TensorFlow, along with experience in model optimization techniques
