Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To build scalable pipelines for transforming raw video into organized datasets, the full-time Active Learning - ML Engineer will work remotely, focusing on developing infrastructure for computer vision systems while ensuring data quality and applying advanced machine learning techniques.

Key responsibilities:

• Build scalable pipelines that convert high volumes of raw video into version-controlled datasets for computer vision development
• Create active learning workflows that integrate automated annotation and expert review processes
• Develop internal applications for expert validation and maintain data quality throughout the lifecycle of training assets

Required qualifications:

• Strong professional experience in building production software and ML infrastructure, particularly in computer vision systems
• Expertise in Python development, with familiarity in FFmpeg, SQL, and production-quality software engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with object detection, multi-object tracking, and video analysis
• Knowledge of active learning and human-in-the-loop data workflows
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP, along with familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
