Job Summary

Seeking a senior-level Machine Learning Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models to enhance logistics processes while owning end-to-end ML pipelines and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver impactful product features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models for logistics automation
• Own projects from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, ensuring best practices in ML development

Required qualifications

• Senior-level experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and handling large datasets
• Strong Python skills with knowledge of ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Ability to provide code reviews and architectural feedback to guide others
• Experience in fast-paced, product-focused environments, preferably in high-growth startups
