Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance merchant success and consumer experience, the full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer will develop and implement state-of-the-art HSTU models, focusing on building AI solutions that address high-impact data challenges for over 100 million shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI and HSTU-based recommendation models at scale
• Design scalable AI/ML system architectures and build sophisticated inference pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact and communicate complex ML concepts effectively

Required Qualifications

• Mastery in recommendation systems, Generative AI, or LLMs
• End-to-end experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning products at scale
• Proficiency in building data pipelines and driving ETL design decisions using diverse data sources
• Experience with Python, shell scripting, and orchestration tools
• Experience with running machine learning in parallel environments, including GPU optimization
