Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with actuaries, data scientists, and software engineers, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer will design, deploy, and support machine learning solutions in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, and supports scalable machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Develops and maintains automated CI/CD processes for machine learning models, including deployment and validation
• Implements model monitoring and observability practices to ensure production health and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of related experience
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for machine learning or software applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for machine learning engineering and data pipeline development
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL and data validation processes for model scoring and monitoring
