Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Machine Learning Engineer to lead ML and applied AI initiatives remotely, focusing on developing a relationship graph, designing recommendation systems, and driving research from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Set the research agenda for Centralize's trust graph and design layered knowledge graphs
• Build next best actions by learning from past deals to recommend outreach strategies
• Drive research in production, taking ideas from initial experiments to shipped features and measuring their impact

Required qualifications

• Experience building ML systems for production, particularly recommender systems or graph-based models
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and link prediction
• Proven track record of driving research to shipped products and measuring success
• Strong fundamentals in modern ML techniques, including deep learning and evaluation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for explaining model behavior and aligning teams
