Machine Learning Engineer II

Job Summary

To advance medicine and improve patient care, the full-time Machine Learning Engineer II will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for research and product development projects
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate biological and clinical requirements into scalable ML solutions
• Contribute to experimental design and analysis, including ideation, documentation, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline with 2-4 years of experience, or a PhD with 0-2 years of experience
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models into production or research applications
• Highly proficient in Python, ML frameworks, and data pipeline development
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to experimental design and improve ML workflows
• Experience collaborating across scientific and engineering teams
