A company is looking for a Manager II, Machine Learning Engineering - Search Ranking & Blending.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the search ranking and blending area, focusing on engagement and personalization for the search product
• Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers, fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to enhance the search experience and provide visibility to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production systems using advanced machine learning and big data technologies
• Strong background in applied machine learning, with familiarity in recommendation systems preferred
• Minimum of 2 years managing a high-performing machine learning engineering team of 8+ members
• 8+ years of experience in software development with a track record of delivering impactful solutions
