Machine Learning Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To shape and scale foundational modeling and deep user understanding, the remote Machine Learning Engineering Manager will manage the technical vision and strategy, drive technical execution, and lead a high-performing team focused on core ads ranking initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Set technical vision and execute a roadmap for foundational models and user understanding
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on strategy and priorities
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring high ML performance

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of management experience leading ML-focused teams
• 6+ years of experience building and scaling machine learning models
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven ability in training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale models
• Experience working with foundational models and user or content understanding
