Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To build, automate, and scale machine learning delivery pipelines on the Lakehouse, the full-time remote Machine Learning Operations Engineer will manage the entire model lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment, partnering closely with leadership and data engineers to ensure reliable and secure ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Databricks workspaces, clusters, and governance policies
• Implement robust data pipelines and operationalize ML models using MLflow
• Create scalable CI/CD processes for notebooks and jobs using Azure DevOps

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of MLOps/ML Engineering experience in Databricks
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks tools such as Delta Lake and MLflow
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with Spark (PySpark) and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
