Machine Learning Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the design and implementation of adaptable data strategies, the full-time remote Machine Learning Systems Engineer will lead the development and deployment of efficient ML systems in real production environments while collaborating with the founding team on research direction and product vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of efficient, adaptive ML systems in real production environments
• Own the implementation of data products, addressing novel challenges related to data, interaction, and evaluation
• Collaborate with the founding team to contribute to both research direction and product vision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in machine learning, applied research, or systems-level engineering for AI
• Strong software engineering skills and familiarity with Python
• Exposure to working with observability tools (e.g. OpenTelemetry, Docker, Grafana)
• Experience with online learning, reinforcement learning, or efficient ML architectures
