Machine Learning TTS Engineer

Job Summary

To support the expansion of TTS to new languages and next-generation LLM-based technologies, the full-time Machine Learning TTS Engineer will be responsible for bringing these innovations to production quality while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Extend TTS capabilities through data collection, text normalization, and model adaptation
• Transition new TTS architectures from research to production, enhancing robustness and quality
• Develop efficient audio data pipelines and design benchmarks for model evaluation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in speech technology with a focus on TTS
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch
• Understanding of modern ML fundamentals, including Transformers and neural audio codecs
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering practices
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
