macOS Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time remote macOS Security Engineer will research and develop detection techniques for malicious activity on macOS systems, building production-level solutions for deployment in the endpoint sensor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement detection logic and systems to identify and prevent cyber threats
• Research and analyze methods for detecting malicious activities, including reverse engineering and big-data analysis
• Own the development lifecycle of features from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality production solutions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in reverse engineering, threat detection, malware analysis, or software development in Swift, C/C++, or Objective-C
• Solid knowledge of macOS internals, including processes, storage, networking, and memory management
• Proven ability to develop high-quality, reliable code that meets performance and concurrency requirements
• Experience in delivering enterprise software while collaborating across functions, including CI, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing security measures
