Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty for the Master of Science in Applied Nutrition program.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through their educational experience while ensuring adherence to the commitment to student success
• Provide timely responses to student inquiries within 24 hours and facilitate class instruction by engaging in the online course portal a minimum of 5 times per week
• Host virtual office hours weekly and post announcements to enhance course content

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field and current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Licensure
• Experience teaching online in an educational setting with expertise in curriculum development and assessment
• A passion for teaching Nutrition science and a desire to motivate students
• Experience using the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management system
• Preferred experience in teaching research methods and statistics
