Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare system, the full-time Maine Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, advocate for patients regarding billing issues, and resolve accounts while working remotely with occasional onsite training in Brewer, Maine.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution and excellent customer service to patients
- Advocate for patients regarding complaints or billing issues and advise management on service issues
- Research and accurately resolve outstanding patient balances in compliance with departmental policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or related fields
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
