Job Summary

Supporting benefit strategy through foundational financial analytics, the full-time Associate Financial Strategist will perform claims projections, benchmarking, and renewal analysis while collaborating with senior Financial Strategists in a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Northeast market.

Key responsibilities

• Perform core financial analytics to support benefit strategy and client decision-making
• Execute claims reporting, contribution modeling, and renewal projections
• Facilitate renewal presentation meetings and mentor junior analysts

Required qualifications

• Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Foundational financial modeling skills
• Understanding of funding models and carrier dynamics
