Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mainframe Systems Engineer - CICS/MQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage MQ queue managers to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and maintain security protocols including SSL/TLS and RACF authentication
- Install, configure, and manage IBM CICS environments and troubleshoot system issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with MQ Administration and z/OS infrastructure
- Strong background in IBM CICS Systems Programming
- Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting message failures
- Familiarity with mainframe management tools such as JCL, TSO/ISPF, and VSAM
- Ability to manage CICS-MQ integration for transactional messaging
