Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the safe and accurate maintenance of all equipment and facilities, the full-time Maintenance Manager will oversee internal repair processes, mentor the maintenance team, and manage external vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Train and mentor Operator-Maintenance Technicians in equipment maintenance and safe operation
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs based on work ticket assessments
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve manufacturing goals and ensure safety compliance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 15+ years of machine/facilities maintenance experience, preferably in a production environment
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a commitment to team development
