Maintenance Planner

Job Summary

Responsible for overall asset management and work planning, the full-time Regional Maintenance Planner will maintain spare parts inventory, provide software training, and manage work orders using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software while working remotely or in various locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct regular audits
• Provide software training to end users and manage work orders for accurate planning and resolution
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
