Maintenance Planner

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and technically capable Maintenance Planner, the full-time remote position will manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across various equipment and operational assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities based on asset criticality and operational priorities
• Develop execution-ready work plans that define scope, labor requirements, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate asset records and monitor maintenance performance metrics within the CMMS/EAM systems

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or a related technical environment
• Hands-on experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar platform
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning fundamentals, including work-order planning and backlog management
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and schematics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
