Maintenance System Scheduler

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Maintenance System Scheduler will manage data entry, handle calls, and communicate with team members while following established procedures with limited supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry and processing accurately while adhering to established procedures
• Handle calls and communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers regarding TSA-related information
• Utilize Maintenance Management Systems, such as Maximo or comparable ticketing systems, to manage maintenance requests and parts ordering processes

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems and logistics/maintenance practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation
• Preferred candidates will have a current TSA Suitability Determination
