Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
To support the maintenance of commercial properties, the full-time Maintenance Technician will assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on various mechanical and electrical devices
- Inspect properties for unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial property maintenance setting
- Technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
