Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Performing repairs and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes, the full-time Maintenance Technician will ensure homes are safe and functional while supporting property operations and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general home repairs
• Document and complete work orders accurately and coordinate with dispatch and vendors for timely service completion
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain required documentation and reporting standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or a related field
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades preferred
• Proficiency in mobile technology and work order systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
