Job Summary
To support property operations, the full-time Maintenance Technician with EPA Certification will perform repairs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes, ensuring safety and functionality for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties
- Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service completion
Required qualifications
