Make Ready Technician

Job Summary

To support efficient property readiness, the full-time hourly Make Ready Technician will perform initial move-out inspections, complete general repairs, and assist with final punch and readiness activities for vacant homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial move-out inspections and document repair needs to create a scope of work
• Perform basic repairs including installations, painting, and light maintenance tasks to prepare homes for new residents
• Record inspection findings and completed repairs in company systems while ensuring timely updates and communication

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of residential repair tasks and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to efficiently utilize technology related to computers and mobile devices
