Managed Bill Pay Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and full-time, the Managed Bill Pay Analyst will ensure timely and accurate payments on behalf of customers while working remotely, managing payment processes, researching payment issues, and collaborating with team members to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payments for assigned customers, including processing and monitoring payments with third-party processors
• Research and resolve payment issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken as necessary
• Review payment methods for potential upgrades and assist in allocating incoming funding to related invoices

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or IT preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is required
• Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning abilities
