Managed Bill Pay Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Managed Bill Pay Senior Analyst will assist Team Leads in ensuring timely payment processing, investigate payment issues, and manage daily payment operations while collaborating with stakeholders to meet Service Level Agreement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate payment issues and apply corrective actions using various payment methods
• Manage daily payment operations to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators
• Address Zendesk tickets and provide effective solutions while maintaining prefunding balances

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or IT preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
