Managed Care Analyst

Job Summary

Building trusted client relationships, the full-time Managed Care Analyst will analyze healthcare reimbursement data, participate in client meetings, and develop strategic communications while collaborating with internal experts in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client data and reimbursement trends to identify financial and operational insights
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and client-facing communications
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables while managing client relationships and expectations

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare consulting, or managed care
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, analytics, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of managed care reimbursement structures, including payor contracts and fee-for-service models
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities
