Job Summary
To support the File Management Department, the full-time Managed File Transfer Engineer will manage daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks, automate processes, and provide technical support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Automate manual processes and configure SFTP users and folder structures
- Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues and provide training to end users
- Analyze data using SQL queries and manage assigned projects
Required qualifications
- Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries
- Knowledge of file structures such as HL7, EDI x12, and image formats
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with GoAnywhere preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
