Job Summary
Acting as a key strategic front-end integration lead, the full-time Managed Principal Integrator will partner with JLL Capital Planning and Client PMI teams to identify suitable Managed Principal projects and conduct commercial vetting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with JLL Capital Planning leads and Client PMI teams during preliminary project intake
- Identifying projects suitable for the Managed Principal delivery route based on complexity and procurement constraints
- Performing comprehensive financial and commercial reviews of candidate MP scopes to ensure project feasibility
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Construction Economics
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, project management, cost estimating, or capital planning
- Deep understanding of Managed Principal / Turnkey procurement models
- Demonstrated experience in ROM cost modeling and commercial feasibility analysis
- Proven ability to manage risk assessment and profit margin analysis on complex capital projects
