Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Managed Services Analyst IV will provide advanced training and support to peers, mentor team members, and lead innovation projects to enhance customer service and operational excellence, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor team members and facilitate cross-training to enhance skill development
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with client expectations
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and milestones
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma with 3 years of experience
- Advanced technical knowledge of software products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Supply Chain experience preferred
- Up to 10% travel annually required
