Managed Services Director

Job Summary

Leading complex client relationships, the full-time hybrid Managed Services Director will oversee engagements, partner with senior finance leaders to define effective operating models, and drive process improvements while enhancing service quality and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Managed Services client relationships and oversee engagements across assessment, transition, and ongoing delivery operations
• Provide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial close, reporting, and related controllership activities
• Champion the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, outsourced accounting, or corporate finance, including at least 1 year of public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading complex accounting, controllership, or managed-services engagements and teams
• Proven track record in advising senior finance executives on accounting operations and financial reporting
• Experience designing or improving scalable finance operating models
• Strong background in leading transformation across core finance processes
