Management Analyst for AI Support

Job Summary

Supporting the Investigators, Scientific Review, and Management (ISRM) team, the full-time remote Management Analyst for AI Support will manage the development of policies for responsible AI use, identify AI opportunities to reduce staff workload, and facilitate training for ISRM staff on VA-provided AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in standing meetings of the AI cross-functional team and track progress against core goals
• Provide recommendations for developing and finalizing policies governing responsible AI use
• Deliver or coordinate education and training materials for staff on the effective use of AI tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational development, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in conducting organizational studies or program effectiveness assessments
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
