Job Summary
Partnering with clients to support strategic planning and roadmaps, the full-time remote Management Consulting Associate will drive the execution of complex initiatives and deliver programs aimed at maximizing adoption while leveraging technology expertise and understanding business processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and lead project workstreams, managing status, timelines, communication, and resource coordination
- Analyze project dimensions to identify risks and improvement opportunities, presenting findings through compelling presentations
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and contribute to business development activities for new and existing clients
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of management consulting experience, preferably in a technology or consulting company
- Experience in program management, change management, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of Information Technologies and services organization operations
- Experience in an Agile environment required
